Pricing guidelines and eligibility
- Minimum FICO: 620.
- Maximum borrower credit with no prepayment penalty: 101.00 under BPC and 101.50 under LPC.
- Maximum LTV for any P&L loan is 80%, regardless of pricing results.
- For Cannabis and TIC loans, contact your Account Executive for pricing.
- Co-Ops and CEMA loans are not eligible.
